In plain terms – you may not redistribute any resource created by us. You may not sell our resources as your own. You may however use our resources in an individual and personal capacity – just not in terms of selling services to your clients.
Refund Policy
Templates :
Template purchases are refundable within 30 days.
Web Hosting:
Hosting is refundable at a pro-rated rate. We will calculate the value of a refund based on the number of unused days in your current pay period. We do not offer refunds for hosting that has already been provided.

This Policy explains our privacy practices for Coachsites.me (we’ll call it the “Site”) and our other services provided by CapeNexis LLC. (“CoachSites,” together with “we,” “us,” and “our”). We’ll refer to the Site and our other services as the “Services.” This Privacy Policy describes why and how we collect and use the personal information of our customers and website visitors. It also describes your options to choose how we use your personal data and how to contact us with any concerns and requests to in relation to that. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We do use services such as Facebook and Google Ads retargeting. This allows us to advertise to users who have visited our sites or signed up for our email marketing services. We share those email addresses with Facebook for the purpose of ad marketing retargeting and defining marketing audiences.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (not including credit card numbers ) email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” We use paypal.com to handle customer information and do not maintain internal databases of customer contact information. We do not sell our customer information.
Order information may be stored within email communications.
From time to time we may conduct surveys or requests for user feedback. Participation is voluntary
We do not collect external lists and do not purchase customer lists for any reason.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We will share your Information Related to Domain Registrars – the domain’s owner information (WHOIS Data) for any domain name is required and controlled by the Registry for the top-level domain which you wish or have registered a domain name in. We share your information to the extent necessary to comply with ICANN’s rules, regulations and policies and with rules and policies by the ICANN-accredited registrar providers we represent. The use and disclosure of the personal information as part of the domain registration process is governed by the Domain Name Agreement in our Terms of Service.
Business Transfers – in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, or in the unlikely event that CoachSites goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would likely be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. If any of these events happens, we will take any reasonable steps to notify you and this Privacy Policy would continue to apply to your information and the party receiving your information shall continue to use your information, but only consistent with this Privacy Policy.
With Your Consent – with your explicit consent or at your direction we may share and disclose information you have authorized us to with third parties. We also have an affiliate program. We do not share personal identifiers with our affiliates. This means we do not share your name , email address, mailing address, phone number, age etc with our affiliates. We do however share a Paypal transaction ID. This is a simple number to use for reference.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Data Retention

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software to encrypt the information you enter on our Site in order to protect its security during transmission to and from our Site. When storing information, we protect its security by encryption and pseudonymization of critical data. We use Paypal for the processing of credit card information and do not receive or store that information.
Because we do not maintain personal identifiers such as license numbers, identity numbers, social security numbers, birth certificates etc, we do not pose any risk in transferring that information. In addition, we do not provide that information to anyone including back to our customers.
To protect against unauthorised access to your account and information, we implement session management and login expiration.
Although we take all these measures to maintain the safety and security of your personal information, please note that no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed to be secure. Consequently, please note that we cannot fully guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer over the Internet to us.

Hosting Agreement
COVERAGE
CoachSites.me is committed to providing a standard of excellence commensurate with the best practices in the industry of our Services.
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies if you have subscribed to any of our shared hosting services (“Services”) pursuant to an order request for such services placed under the General Terms and Conditions; and your account is current (i.e. not past due and not suspended/terminated due to non-payment) with CoachSites.me. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions herein and the General Terms and Conditions, the former shall prevail.
As used herein, the term “Service Availability” refers to the percentage of a particular month (based on 24-hour days for the number of days in the subject month) that the Customer’s Services is available for access by third parties as measured by CoachSites.me.
SERVICE LEVEL GUARANTEE
CoachSites.me aims to achieve 99% Service Availability of its Services for all customers. Please note that we aim to achieve this – we do not guarantee you will have 99% Service Availability.
We do not provide credits for down-time unless a site has been down for up to a 12 hour period. In such instances a prorated credit will be returned to the customer. This rate offers up to $1.67 per day of downtime.
- Exception
Customer shall not receive any credits under this SLA in connection with any failure or deficiency of Service Availability caused by or associated with:
- circumstances beyond CoachSites.me’ reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, armed conflict, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software (including, without limitation, ecommerce software, payment gateways, chat, statistics or free scripts);
- attacks by viruses or hackers, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against CoachSites.me’ network;
- scheduled maintenance and system upgrades, or emergency maintenance;
- any DNS or Domain Name Registry issues outside the direct control of CoachSites.me’ including DNS and Registry propagation issues and expiration;
- Customer’s acts or omissions (or acts or omissions of others engaged or authorized by customer), including, without limitation, custom scripting or coding (e.g. ASP, CGI, HTML, Perl, PHP etc.), any negligence, wilful misconduct, or use of the Customer’s account in breach of CoachSites.me’ Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy;
- issues with 3rd party e-mail systems, including refusal or rejection of e-mail by 3rd party mail systems;
- delays in e-mail delivery;
- false SLA breaches reported as a result of outages or errors of any CoachSites.me’ measurement system;
- outages elsewhere on the Internet that hinder access to your account. CoachSites.me is not responsible for browser, DNS, or other caching that may make your website or e-mail appear inaccessible when others can still access it.
- Credit Request and Payment Procedure
In order to receive a credit, Customer must make a request for by sending an e-mail to sales@coachsites.me . Each request in connection with this SLA must include the following customer information:

Date and Time:
Credit request must be received by CoachSites.me within 30 working days at the time of unavailability of the relevant Service. If the unavailability is confirmed by CoachSites.me, credits will be applied within 30 days of CoachSites.me’ receipt of Customer’s credit request.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the total amount credited to Customer in a particular month under this SLA shall not exceed the total hosting fee paid by Customer for such month for the affected Service(s).
Note: Credits are not refundable and can be used only towards future billing charges.
Development and Support
We can’t guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them. You agree not to hold us liable for damages related to our work on your website – be it development or tech support. That being said – we will make great effort to make sure that we support you as best we can. We’ll take care to make backups and to help keep your site running smoothly.
We provide unlimited technical support for all elements of your website when using our service. This includes Sendy, your website, anything WordPress related, brainstorming, content planning, and Google Apps ( if provided by us).
